Dr. Charles Runels is at it again. Just over a year after the release of his designer procedure, the Vampire Facelift®, Runels has released the Vampire Breast Lift™.
What Is The Vampire Breast Lift™?
The Vampire Breast Lift™ is a non-surgical, no downtime, form of breast augmentation.
There are women who cannot afford to take time off from work to recuperate from an aggressive surgical procedure like a breast lift or breast implants.
While women may like the size of their breasts, some would like more pronounced cleavage or more volume at the top of their breasts.
Dr. Runels saw an opportunity to improve the shape of the breasts without invasive surgery.
The aim of the Vampire Breast Lift™ is to do what a well-made bra would do; provide lift and cleavage.
Good candidates for this procedure are women who are not looking to dramatically change the size of their breasts.
Women who are looking to give their breasts a more youthful appearance are ideal candidates for the Vampire Breast Lift™.
What Makes The Vampire Breast Lift™ Unique?
The combination of products is what sets this technique apart from its breast lift, and injectable filler, counterparts. The entire procedure takes about 30 minutes and starts with blood being drawn from the patient.
The blood is taken the same way it would be for a normal blood test. Once blood has been collected, it is then centrifuged and the platelets are separated from the red blood cells.
The platelets are then introduced to a calcium chloride solution which causes the platelets to release growth factors.
Small amounts of synthetic injectable fillers like Restylane or Juvederm are added to the mixture as well. Once all the ingredients have been combined, a small gauge needle is used to inject the product into specific areas of the breast.
How Does the Vampire Breast Lift™ Compare to Traditional Breast Augmentation?
Unlike traditional breast augmentation surgery, which involves implants or surgical lifts, the Vampire Breast Lift™offers a non-invasive approach to breast enhancement.
This procedure focuses on enhancing breast shape, improving skin texture, and restoring lost volume using platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and dermal fillers.
Women who want a subtle lift, improved cleavage, and more youthful-looking breasts without the risks or downtime associated with surgery may find this an appealing alternative.
However, for those seeking significant volume increase or correction of severe sagging, a breast lift with implants may still be the better option.
What Are the Benefits and Potential Risks of the Vampire Breast Lift™?
The Vampire Breast Lift™ comes with several benefits, including minimal downtime, natural results, and improved skin texture.
Since PRP therapy uses the patient’s own blood, the risk of an allergic reaction or rejection is low.
Many patients also report increased nipple sensitivity and improved skin elasticity following treatment.
However, like any cosmetic procedure, there are potential risks. Some patients may experience temporary swelling, bruising, or mild discomfort at the injection sites.
Results are not permanent, typically lasting between 9-18 months, meaning maintenance treatments are necessary to sustain the effects.
Vampire Breast Lift™ Results
Dr. Charles Runels believes the best part of this procedure is that it’s getting back to what beauty is all about. The Vampire Breast Lift™ works at the stem cell level, generating new tissue. The procedure brings sensation back into the breast, areola and nipples.
Like its hyaluronic acid relatives, the Vampire Breast Lift™ injections will last about 9-18 months, depending on individual patients. Runels iterates to his patients that beauty is never a “one and done” thing; beauty requires tending.
The Vampire Breast Lift™, like the Vampire Facelift®, is a trademarked procedure created by Dr. Charles Runels. He trains surgeons around the country how to use his techniques to perform these particular procedures. It is a way to standardize cosmetic procedures so that people from Montana to Florida can ask for a certain procedure and know they are getting the same treatment.
